These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Refund Policy
If the customer pays for the order and suddenly wants to cancle it - before we started the process, we can issue 100% price refund.
If the customer pays for the order and we already started our process, we can provide maximum of a 50% refund. Customers have a maximum of 14 days Refund Policy upon confirming the terms and condition of buying products from the broomingboost.net .
Boosting acceptance
BroomingBoost only offers 2 type of services and those are : 1) Boosting - a online game related service where customer players together with the booster in a game called CSGO. 2) Coaching - where Coach learns and guides customers about the in-game knowledge. When you purchase a boosting service from us, you should provide us with the correct information. Playing a competitive matchmaking game on your own account constitutes full acceptance of the boosting as it was received. If your boosting has been delayed more than usual, please contact us before playing any competitive matchmaking games on it. We will refund the difference or provide the reboosting. If you have played any competitive games we cannot help you with the rank difference at all.
If anything wrong happens from our side ( such as game loss , boosting delay etc.) we will surely assist you. This is considered as: refund, replacement of reboost of your current order.
3). Duo / Lobby (Self-play) orders
If you decide to take Duo / Lobby Queue order you need to follow the rules which are:
- no trolling / being toxic to teammates.
- you are not allowed to play without the booster during your order progress.
- not talking about boost during the game.
- use of in-game voice chat for calls and information.
- don't expect to win every single game, W/L ratio will be 85% +
- every boost will be completed no matter what, if not completed as expected it will be in the next day.
(reasons: cheaters, trolls, other boosters, smurfs - it happens, but rarely).
4) Region Related Concerns
Our service offers CS:GO boosts worldwide. For Europe and North America we can provide both Solo or Duo without problem - because we have both European and North American boosters ready.
For other regions we can either provide only Solo Boosting mode or you can join our lobby and play with EU or NA Booster , but keep in mind that your ping is going to be over 100.
Delivery method and time
Our boosting delivery is usually within 7 days after the original purchase. However, if the order is larger and more challanging, in that case it may take up to 14 days.
Intellectual property rights
Please note that all the products, images and trademarks used here are the property of there respective owners. BroomingBoost is subjected to Trademark Any violation may lead to the legal actions.

Payments Policy
By agreeing to these terms and conditions one simply accepts that there is no physical delivery required and the
product are virtual items, he or she is content with the product bought by him/her and won’t charge back anytime in near future. In case of any problem with boosting order details simply contact us.
Refunds are applicable for original 14 days after the purchase. However, the buyer can ask for replacement / reboosting within 12 hours of purchase if any game is played on the ordered account the buyer is not eligible to ask for a refund or replacement.
Customers are responsible to read the product description and read carefully what they are purchasing once purchased BroomingBoost is not liable to provide a replacement or refund and “item not as described” will be not be entertained by us and it will be completely null & void
Refunds are allowed to be processed only within 7 days after the original purchase and they are only eligible if the service is not fully provider or hasn't been started yet.

This does not affect your statutory rights and you are of course free to submit any dispute against us in any competent Court.
